I know...where have we been right? Well after some time off it's back to work. And all of you thought that builders just worked all the time!
Let's talk about some thing good today! Have you noticed the exceptional activity we've been seeing in the residential market here in Saskatoon. In case you haven't, the numbers on the MLS listings are dropping, and that's good news if you're in the market as a seller. At the same time with the inventory we still have it's also good news if you're a buyer as you still have some choice out there. I met with an individual today about building a house and to be honest, if I were thinking about building or buying I would be getting serious right about now. I don't think that we're going to see any more big reductions in prices, interest rates are great, there's still lots to choose from, many trades have started to come back to earth, and we're seeing projections for increased growth. Is it going to get any better than this? If it does, I can't see it making much difference if any at all. Of course, I could be wrong. But then again I may be right.
